Can I shower at the gym?
Yes, there are 4 showers which have shampoo, conditioner and body wash.  There are towels as well.

Do I need to bring anything to the fitness assessment & consultation?
Yes. We will be doing a few assessments that are physical, so you will need to bring a change of gym clothes and water bottle. There is a water fountain at the gym. I recommend bringing your own water bottle and a lock for the lockers.

How much does the fitness assessment and consultation package cost, and how long are the sessions?
The fitness assessment and consultation package is normally $197 and that includes two 1-hour sessions which are split 48-72 hours apart. Today you can schedule yours for %50 off - only $97.

Session 1 is for your assessment which will give us a clear understanding of where your body and fitness levels are at so I can design a proper customized program for you. 

Session 2 is for your report of findings, where I will show you how you scored on everything in your previous session and present 2 program options to you for personal training. 

Can we train at a different location, like my home gym?
No. Your training program will involve many different aspects of strength & conditioning training. Because of that, certain equipment is needed. Also, the environment of a private training studio is much different than the comfort of your home. That alone will push you towards greater success with your training.
