I first get clients to move better in their body without pain.
Next, we focus on building a proper foundation of strength and movement through all the major compound exercises.
From there, it's time to start building lean muscle through some classic bodybuilding and hypertrophy training.
Finally, we lock it all into place with a strength and conditioning phase where our goal is to torch body fat, get lean, athletic and unleash the alpha!
