2019 marks my tenth year in the fitness industry, and I've been privileged to train and coach over 1,000 men and women across Canada...

I typically work with men who've focused their efforts and time towards their business, work/career, family, relationships, etc., and in doing so, have made sacrifices with their health and fitness levels over the years.

Where will the fitness assessment & consultation package and training take place?
Your 'Fitness Assessment & Consultation Package', as well as any personal training sessions, will take place at:

Do I need to bring anything to the fitness assessment & consultation?
Yes. We will be doing a few assessments that are physical, so you will need to bring a change of gym clothes and water bottle. There is a water fountain at the gym. I recommend bringing your own water bottle and a lock for the lockers.

Can I shower at the gym?
Yes, There are 3 showers which have shampoo, conditioner and soap.  There are towels as well.

How much does the fitness assessment and consultation package cost, and how long are the sessions?
The fitness assessment and consultation package is $97 and that includes two 1-hour sessions which are split 48-72 hours apart. 

Session 1 is for your assessment which will give us a clear understanding of where your body and fitness levels are at so I can design a proper customized program for you. 

Session 2 is for your report of findings, where I will show you how you scored on everything in your previous session and present 2 program options to you for personal training. 

Can we train at a different location, like my home gym?
No. Your training program will involve many different aspects of strength & conditioning training. Because of that, certain equipment is needed. Also, the environment of a private training studio is much different than the comfort of your home. That alone will push you towards greater success with your training.
